The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Ogun West, has successfully organized a Digital Proficiency Bootcamp aimed at enhancing the technological skills of young people in the region. The Closing Ceremony, held earlier this morning at Ilaro, was met with resounding testimonies from participants.
The bootcamp, which spanned several weeks, featured intensive online and physical training sessions covering various aspects of digital proficiency, including graphic design, digital marketing, and business development. Participants were equipped with practical skills and knowledge essential for thriving in the digital age.
During the Closing Ceremony, attendees shared their experiences and highlighted the impact of the bootcamp on their personal and professional growth.
Many expressed gratitude to the Youth Council for providing such a valuable opportunity and commended the quality of lecture received.

In his address, Comr. Kehinde Damilola Olorunjubelo, State Vice Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, (Ogun West), emphasized the importance of digital literacy in today’s society and reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to empowering youth through such initiatives. He also announced plans for future programs aimed at further enhancing the digital skills of young people in the region.
Present at the ceremony also were Comr. Kafilat Adeoye, Deputy Chairman, NYCN Ogun State, Comr. Kojeku Adeyemi, State Organising Secretary (Ogun West) NYCN, and Comr. ‘Deola Adeyemi who facilitated the bootcamp.
