Jurgen Klopp: The Liverpool manager claimed his highly publicized altercation with Mo Salah on the touchline against West Ham last Saturday was nothing more than a petty argument that has already been resolved, even though he was delighted to poke fun at TNT Sports this morning.
“Everything has been resolved,” he declared. “There is not a problem. We’ve known one other for that long, and we respect each other, so I’m not sure how we would handle it if we hadn’t known each other for that long. With just over a year remaining on his lucrative contract, Salah, who turns 32 in June, was the subject of speculation regarding his future following the incident. Although it is not his problem, Klopp would not get involved in a conversation about the star forward because he is scheduled to depart the team at the end of the current campaign. “Everyone needs to adjust to the reality that is not my area of expertise,” he stated. “Mo is a terrific player, and I don’t think I should Talk about that. That will be decided by others, namely Mo.
